I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sharib Suhail in the Global Marketing team of Hawksford. I was continually impressed by his expertise in social media management — especially on YouTube — and his ability to build impactful media partnerships. Sharib brings creativity, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit to every initiative. Sharib is a true asset to any team!

Sharib is an enthusiastic and dedicated senior marketing executive who has been a valuable member of my team. His passion for marketing is evident in everything he does, always seeking innovative ways to increase the business’s visibility and exposure. Beyond his creativity, Sharib consistently demonstrated strong organisational skills, providing clear and timely updates throughout my time managing him. Sharib has been an integral part of my communications team in EPIC India. Over the last two years, he has made considerable progress towards mastering the art of information simplification. From contributing to design-led communication and churning out videos from complex research during his initial days, he has graduated to almost single-handedly advance the social media goals of our organization. He routinely brings newer ideas to the table and translates them into engaging social media posts. His willingness to grow and learn newer skills further strengthens his professional abilities. Apart from handling the social media part of the story, Sharib has also gradually fashioned his skills towards project-related content generation and is currently responsible for the overall delivery of our monthly newsletter. There are certain areas where he is working towards making improvements and that only makes me think that in years to come, he has all the potential to shape himself as a successful communication professional – one who would know the nuances of telling the story of non-profit organizations across all mediums of communication!

I worked alongside Sharib for two years at the Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago, India office. He consistently demonstrated a solid work ethic and the capability for generating multiple communication ideas for different external stakeholders. In those two years, I've seen him not only excel at the core elements of his job -- like content creation and branding -- but also learn other skills like developing high quality video content, planning conferences and seminars and contributing to strategic planning for the communication team. Sharib grew quickly in his role, and is always willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities.This mix of creativity, high productivity and team work, makes him an asset to any team that he works with.

While Sharib and I worked in different teams, our work-related exchanges, especially on creating communication collaterals, have always been productive. Having seen Sharib from close quarters for almost two years, I think of him as an individual who is outcome-driven, eager to try new ideas, and more importantly, always open to different suggestions. You throw a challenge at him and give him a deadline, he will come back with viable solutions. It's always good to have such a young and evolving professional in team.

Sharib is one of those rare communications professionals who is well versed with both the content and technical sides of the trade. He is immensely talented in photo and video editing and has a keen eye for design, templates and color schemes. He is also very capable of creating good copies around a wide range of topics and subjects. His knowledge of current affairs and background in digital journalism means that he brings a wide range of skill-sets to the table and is a competent value addition to any team. His ability to innovate using his digital and multimedia skill-sets to create quality content with to-the-point messaging is something that impressed me the most. He is well versed with all the latest trends and tech info in the world of multimedia and digital platforms and at times I have no hesitancy in approaching him to gauge and learn about what's latest in the virtual world. My experience working with him at EPIC India has been fruitful and I have observed his sincerity and punctuality in close quarters. He is a committed young professional who believes and practices in completing tasks with a sense of incredible commitment and with a larger impact in mind. I am sure Sharib will scale newer heights and set new benchmarks.
